Welcome to Ma Maison, a whole-floor penthouse in Kato Patissia, right in the heart of Athens – perfect for discovering the city! Located on the 5th floor (the lift goes to the 4th, with just 12 steps more), this private retreat offers a spacious bedroom, a cosy living room, a modern kitchen, and a stylish bathroom.
Enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a centralised heating and cooling system, and continuous hot water from the solar heater. Feel secure with a reinforced door, remote-controlled shutters, smoke detector, and safety equipment.
Step onto the 30m² rooftop terrace with its motorised tent, a round dining table, and stunning views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill – magical at night! A second balcony at the back offers even more outdoor space.
Inside, relax on an Italian-designed sofa that transforms into a double bed, watch satellite and cable TV on the flat-screen, or set the mood with LED lighting. The fully equipped kitchen has everything from a fridge and oven to a Nespresso machine, toaster, and juicer, plus complimentary coffee, tea, and local treats.
The serene bedroom features a double bed with an anatomic mattress, a large closet, and soft bedding for restful nights. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hairdryer with extra voltage options.
A thoughtful breakfast selection of coffee, tea, cocoa, honey, butter, and rusks awaits you. Smoking is allowed only on the spacious balconies for everyone’s comfort.

We can arrange your VIP transport from and to the airport/port for you with our new luxury shuttle. This way, you will not have to deal with anything. Just sit back and enjoy your trip. We will prepare everything for you. Our associate will pick you up from the airport/port, take you to our home, carry your luggage inside and show you everything you need to know about our home.

You can also come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare). Thera is also a direct link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. The Metro is at 200 metres from the apartment. If you decide to take a taxi you will need 40 minutes from/to the airport and 30 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus. 

If you have a car then the National Highway is 500 metres away with easy access to both directions (North and South) while Acharnon and Patission streets (500 metres range) will take you city centre in 10 minutes.
You will need about 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historical centre. Acharnon and Patission streets are 500 metres from home. From there, buses leave on a very frequent base for Monastiraki, Thissio and Constitution Square as well as to North (Kifissia) and South (Piraeus). The daily travel card for all means of transport costs 4.10€ and the five-day card costs 8.20€ which we can supply on your behalf upon request.
