The flat is spacious with an ideal floor plan - a big living room separate kitchen and a big terrace. Ideal for young couples or small families this flat will brighten up your day. 150 sq spread over three floors this luxurious apartment is ideal for privacy. On the 4th floor as you enter there is a big dinning table that can seat 6-8, a sofa with two armchairs, a separate pair of armchairs overlooking the veranda. On the same floor is located also the kitchen fully equipped with smeg appliances dishwasher and a washing machine as well. Kolonaki is a very safe neighborhood in the heart of downtown Athens.
