The location was perfect. The staff members were kind and welcoming. The breakfast set up was fantastic. We had a great experience for our first time in Greece. Only two things that were less desirable: the bar to the right (looking at the hotel) was loud and open until at least 2/3 in the morning and the coffee. The coffee was fabulous, but it was not always hot. If it sat in the carafe for a bit, it was luke warm. But it was delicious coffee.

Our stay at the Hotel Hera was quite lovely. Rooms were clean, a little small (as are most hotel rooms in Athens), and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar with the view of the Acropolis, and the location was perfect for visiting the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Highly recommend.

Love the location of the Hera hotel, very walkable to everything. Also had a wonderful dinner at their Peacock Rooftop restaurant and bar! The views were amazing. We also had their white peacock house wine and it paired well with the lamb. The waiter was also very good and he took pictures of us with the Acropolis in the background. Excellent maid and breakfast staff as well.

The Location of the hotel so close to the old town and Acropolis Museum is a real plus. Some rooms have Acropolis views from a small balcony as does the rooftop restaurant. A very pretty and well maintained little hotel.
