Comfortable apartment on two floors with a separate entrance in a quiet and safe center of Athens, Greece 300m. from the metro station "Neos Kosmos" and 150m. from the tram stop. Modern apartment, after major renovation. Fully furnished, with all electrical appliances and 100Mbps WIFI. Can comfortably accommodate 4 people: double bed upstairs and a sofa that converts into a double bed. A wonderful place for a vacation or a business trip.
The neighborhood is quiet and has 3 supermarkets for shopping, over 10 restaurants depending on your mood, hair salons, gas stations, ATMs, clothing, shoe, household items and gift shops. It is also located about 800 m from a large park where you can enjoy walks, sports and in the summer months your drink and cinema.
