This place is wonderful. As a person of color traveling from USA and also have a disability, the staff and accommodations were excellent. They have a pillow menu. That’s right, a menu for an assortment of different pillows that can fit your sleeping needs. The food is so good. I didn’t want to leave. We will be staying there again

I had very high expectations of this property and they were all exceeded! The service is the best I’ve experienced in a long time plus the rooms were exceptional. We had two rooms which were seaside. I believe they’re maybe one level up or so in price from the standard base rooms so not pricey rooms costing thousands of dollars per night yet they were incredible with very large patio/balconies where we could lounge. We found every amenity completely top shelf which is what I expect at a Four Seasons resort.

Just now was my second stay at the hotel. Do not stay in a Bungalow, the quality of the rooms are poor in comparison to the main buildings, they do not get serviced as well and the hotel is far too relaxed with all requests. Asides that the facilities are excellent.
