I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. The food was really underwhelming. Overcooked.

Outstanding hotel. Both managers on duty during our 5 night stay were absolutely amazing and helpful. Best hotel ever

An absolute amazing experience. Everything was just top notch. So welcoming and service minded personell, everyone we met was just there to ensure we had a great stay. Cannot rave enough about the place and the people there. Highly recommended - the best hotel I have ever been at (and travels 200 days a year).
