In the area of Petrolane, there are alleys with Greek taverns, cafes and bars, just a 10-minute walk. It has a central market and tourism. Petralona is located in Athens and historical archaeological destinations are within walking distance. It is also close to the electric station, just a 7 minute walk. Maisonette with 2 bedrooms in the center of Athens. The maisonette on the first floor has a stylish living room, in which there is a TV with Netflix, air conditioning, a sofa that turns into a bed and also has storage space. The living room has access to the front balcony. On the first floor there is also the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, refrigerator, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker for filter coffee, kettle, and air-fryer. It is equipped with plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils. On the same floor as the kitchen is the dining room. Also on the same floor, there is a WC, which has both a washer-dryer and a heater. On this floor next to the living room there is a room which functions as a storage space. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Going down the stairs to the right is a small bedroom with a single bed, open wardrobe with hangers and a heater. On the same floor, there is the master bedroom, which has a super-double bed, open wardrobe with hangers for clothes, a large chest of drawers, TV with Netflix, and air conditioning. Finally, on the same floor is the large bathroom, which is equipped with towels, a heater, and separate shower area, and has a low ceiling, has a height of (205 cm). The maisonette has wifi. DISTANCES FROM CENTRAL POINTS OF ATHENS: The ISAP Station of the Petralona Electric Metro is 700m (10 minutes on foot) from the maisonette. The historical Acropolis Museum is 2.2 km (34 minutes' walk) from the maisonette. The amazing Acropolis is 1.9 km (32 minutes walk) from the maisonette. Known for its endless alleys with shops, Monastiraki, where the Monastiraki metro station is located, is 1.8 km (26 minutes on foot) from the maisonette. The traditional Benaki Museum is 350m (5 minutes' walk) from the maisonette. The picturesque Plaka, with its steps and taverns, is 2.4 km (35 minutes' walk) from the maisonette. The unique one with a special view and nature, Filopappou Hill is 1.7 km (27 minutes on foot) from the maisonette. The historic prison of Socrates, on Filopappou Hill, is 1.7 km (26 minutes' walk) from the maisonette. The busy and full market, Ermou is 1.7 km (24 minutes walk) from the maisonette. Syntagma Square, where the Syntagma metro station is located, is 2.6 km (30 minutes' walk) from the maisonette.
