Apartment was off the busy main street of Plaka, perfect location, quiet, spacious & clean. Staff were extremely knowledgeable & helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend. If we ever come back to Athens we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Excellent location and extremely clean! The place was immaculate and the service was top notch! My husband forgot his phone in the unit after we had left and the owner immediately found it and mailed it internationally back to US! We received the phone in 2-3 days! We will return to Athens and only stay here! Our unit was very large and amenities were endless! For the price you can’t find anything remotely better! It is well worth triple what they’re charging!

Beautiful apartment, lovely view of Acropolis (can’t see the temple) conveniently located, communicative staff. FYI the second bedroom has no windows and the bed is quite firm. There is an elevator that opens directly into the unit which is great - the property assured me no one else may use the elevator code (I was able to use the code opening into hallway of other floors)

Right from our airport arrival, Ioannis, Manager, was extremely helpful with all aspects of how to get into the property, including a video. I even spoke to Ioannis and was extremely helpful. Even the checkout process was seamless, and Ioannis was very accommodating with our late checkout. The apartment hotel was very modern, clean, and has all amenities (AC, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, clothes washer and manual drying rack) which were great and very useful for us during our stay there. The bed, sofa and chairs were comfortable, and TVs in Living Room and bedroom were great. We enjoyed our stay here at Plaka House and would highly recommend this to all who are looking for a good stay, with a supermarket, multiple restaurants and a shopping street within 2-3 minutes walking distance from the apartment hotel.

I can’t imagine there are many properties that match this one for location, style and views. Ionnis was an amazing host and ensured everything went as smooth as we could hope. You won’t find a better view of the Acropolis that the one from the roof top hot tub!

This was a perfect spot, very Clean and modern. I would recommend this spot to anyone. The only problem we had was finding it. It’s best if you get an Uber or a taxi because you have to walk to this spot and parking is not cheap. Be very careful where you get parking they will rip you off. Very small streets, but very close to the Acropolis.

Excellent host. He made sure that we were taken care of from the beginning to the end. The place was nice and it was central to everything needed in Athens. Everything was within walking distance. We would certainly recommend.

It was very close to the shops, restaurants and to the acropolis. The rooms were very clean and modern. All the kitchen appliances looked very new. The only issue we had was that the management company did not contact us until the very last minute. We were a little concerned that something had happened to the property. Luckily that wasn't the case. After we arrived they were much more responsive to ours questions. What's App is their preferred way to communicate. You have to download an app to use as the key for the room, that might be a little tricky for some people

This property is very realistically presented at the Expedia website. Great and safe location, nicely renovated, and well maintained. There is an elevator that takes you, and your baggage, directly in, and out, of the apartment. AC is very good. The apartment has a safe to store important documents. We rented two bedroom apartment, and anytime we were in the living room, we were able to see Acropolis. Numerous restaurants and shops are just around the corner, as you get on the street. Many attractions are nearby. We never saw the owner, I believe he lives on the first floor, but our communication with him was easy and timely through WhatsApp. This is a split level apartment, so one bedroom, the bathroom, and the living room are on one level, while the kitchen, the second bedroom, and the second bathroom are downstairs. Just FYI, the second bedroom has no windows. We loved our stay in Athens and in this apartment.

This apartment is in the perfect location for visiting Athens. It is just half a block from wonderful restaurants and shops, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the easy ten-minute walk to the Acropolis and many other attractions. Because we were on a tight schedule, the location made it possible to fully enjoy the city while still being able to stop back at the apartment for a quick rest to help with jet lag. Our host, Loannis, was attentive without being intrusive and was extremely responsive on WhatsApp. He contacted us before our arrival to ensure we had all the access instructions, including a helpful video. He also shared several excellent local restaurant recommendations that we found very useful.
