    Metro / Underground is the most convenient mean of transit for the location. Syntagma Station is only a 7 min walk away (600m), from where you have access to Lines 2 and 3 (the 2 Metro lines of the city).
    All Public transport (Bus and Tram) is also easily accessible from the location within 5 min walk.

    House rules:
    -To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. A passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
    - Please confirm the number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons.
    - Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added to your reservation.
    - The baby crib could be provided upon request with an additional charge.
    - 24h check-in option is available for free and you will have access to the building, the floor's entry by entering codes in a keypad and you will collect the apartment's keys from a lock-box next to the apartment's door. If you would like to check-in in person with one of the members of our team please note that there is a late check-in fee for arrivals to the apartment after 19:00.
    -If you book a non-refundable rate this reservation is not amendable and you are not entitled to receive a refund.

Central location walking areas in Plaka. Modern, clean, organized and tastefully decorated.

Excellent place to stay with perfect amount of space for two adults. Very clean and modern central location. The apartment had lots of light and very well decorated. We were able to walk all around Placa and the Acropolis

Great spot

This place was great for my needs. Location was PERFECT…on a quiet street in plaka, in the heart of the old part of Athens. Balcony is nice but has no view if that is something you are looking for. However, the roof deck one flight up is GORGEOUS and nobody was up there when I went. Great views! Apartment is small but very charming and well laid-out. Would recommend, great price!
