  • This is a fully equipped studio in Pagkrati. It's located on the first floor. It has a double bed, full kitchen and bathroom. The studio is very near to the city center of Athens and there are several bus stations around. The metro station "Evangelismos" is only 650 meters away, in a 9-minute walking distance.

    The neighbourhood is elegant with excellent dining, cafe and bar options, right behind the Panathenaic Stadium which hosted the first Olympic Games.

    The studio is equipped with everything you need to cook and live, from hairdryer to dishes, from bed linen, towels to air conditioning and Smart TV. Houseware include pots, pans, glasses, forks, knives and cups.

    Despite its central location it remains a quiet flat, away from street’s noise.

    It's very close to Divani Caravel Hotel and Hilton Hotel. There is a hospital, many pharmacies and supermarkets around.

    It has elevator in the building but also you can use stairs to reach the apartment. All the apartment is for your private use. Make yourself at home!

    Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
