The room was nice for the cost and location. The wifi worked very poorly while we were visiting. The towels were clean, but very rough to the touch. The pillows were extremely thin and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We stayed in 2B.

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the room itself was satisfactory. However, there were some disappointing issues. The room we booked was advertised as including a twin sofa bed, but none was provided. Although it did not affect our room, I also want to mention that guests across the hall experienced a complete power outage for an entire day and were unable to reach anyone for assistance.

The best thing about this place is the location. We stayed in appartment 2A. We spent most of our time exploring Athens. The place has basic amenities. Place is withing walking distance of Acropolis, many attactions, restaurants and shops.

I absolutely loved my stay! It was the perfect distance from everything I planned! Host was very helpful and responsive. Room was clean and well equipped with all necessary appliances. I would definitely stay here again! :)

I gave the staff a low review as there isn’t any staff here, but to me it wasn’t required. If you’re good with self check in and outs and want to just do your own thing, this spot is perfect! Giant rooms, walkable to all major monuments, lots of restaurants and night life

Directions into the place were clearly indicated the day before we got there. Read it carefully as the apartment is upstairs above a retail/stores. Quiet apartment, but sparsely furnished with older furnishings. Spacious, but the extra bed is a small settee, not a twin pullout. Also, the toilet needs to be fixed, as it wants to run constantly. Perfectly fine if you’re not expecting fancy. Great location right in the heart of Plaka, Athens, walking distance to most of the most important sights.

You pay what you get for so it’s a good option if you’re wanting to save. The main problem was the AC. Athens is 35C so a barely working air conditioning was far from ideal

Avoid!!

Awful. The one positive is the location, very handy for all the night life of Monistiraki. However, the apartment was freezing cold, dirty and cheaply & poorly equipped. I had a couple of queries so tried to get in touch but a phone call went to voicemail, and 3 emails went unanswered so customer service was non-existent.

No. The property was really unclean. Hair on the shower. They put me on the wrong room...but they did end up giving me and nicer one...but it was dirty. The staff were helpful but not at the property. If they don't send you the self-check in instructions you're screwed. I had to let two ladies stay on my room because they hadn't received received them. Saving grace was the location which was excellent.

Please save yourself your hard earned money and stay away from this awful rental. Photos are misleading. Place was nasty and disgusting with moldy walls ,rotten doors and more. You cant turn off ac unless you shut the main electrical switch . What a joke of a property BE AWARE

I try to stay positive when staying in hotels that don't completely fit my liking, however this place was the worst for me. The room itself was clean; however I found the bathroom to be disgusting. A used toilet scrubber was left out, with dirty water still in the bucket of it. The blinds were falling apart. The towels were actually like sandpaper. The only good thing about this place was how spacious it was and the super long balcony.

The place is spacious which i liked but the floor looks clean but it's dirty because our feet turns dirty. Kids couldn't play on the ground. Wifi has extremely poor signal... I couldn't do my research and book my excursions and i wasn't able to communicate with anyone to solve my problems. The towels were hard and not in good condition. Positive: The location is very good

This was not fun as a solo female traveler. Wifi was unusable inside the apartment (signal stopped at the front door, I ran internet speed tests). The one bed was missing so many blinds the light seeped into the room. Towels smelled so musty and gross, I went and purchased my own. A constant leak in the bathroom made the small space uncomfortable to use the toilet. Just overall bad stay for the price 😕

The pictures of the property are not accurate and should be considered false advertising. There is nothing new or modern about the rooms/apartments. If you are twenty-something and simply need a place to share with a group of friends to crash for the evenings, this might be the place for you. However, as a mother traveling with one child and two teenagers, the property was not adequate. Note: We occupied two rooms and the experience was the same for both. The window blinds didn’t work so they were partially open to the outside and other patrons. We had to hide in the bathroom to undress and change our clothes. The towels were hard and stiff which made us question if they were really clean. It hurt to dry your body with them. We had to use our beach towels instead. Two nights in these rooms was more than enough for our stay. I could not imagine staying any longer. It was not a horrible experience, but also it was not the experience we expected from the pictures and description. I rate it three stars because the rooms were still habitable.
