I couldn't have asked for a better base in Athens. From the moment I walked in, the room stood out — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Little details made a big difference: quality linens, good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually blocked out the city light, and enough space to actually unpack instead of living out of a suitcase. Excellent location 10 minutes away from the airport and located in a very quiet neighbourhood. If you're looking for a perfect stay in Athens where the room itself is a highlight rather than an afterthought, this is it. I will book again without hesitation.

The property itself was good with confortable beds and spacious bedrooms. The living room was a bit small to accommodate more than 2 people but ok for one night. It was our first time in this neighborhood and while there were a number of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, many were closed when we were there mid-August. The place was quite deserted in the afternoon too which I understand since it was really hot but it didn’t feel inviting nor interesting. We had picked this area for its closeness to the airport but preferred our stay in Spata last year.

I can't recommend this accommodation enough. I stayed here with my family the day before our flight to make things easy and it was clean and spacious. Felt like home really. A short drive from the airport, making the end of your stay stress free. Great communication with the owner, he made sure everything was ready and instructions for entering the unit was very clear. Their is a supermarket right around the corner, which was very convenient. It's about a 40 minutes drive from city center, but the subway near the airport made the commute cost efficient. Would definitely stay here again!
