Apartment 02 is on the ground floor of a brand-new three-story building. This beautiful flat overlooks the Archaeological Park of Plato's Academy. The apartment is designed to host up to 3 guests and has access to a private patio with trees, plants, and a dining space for four people.  
Apartment 02 has an area of 40 sq.m. and its main features are:  
\-Living room with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, 50'' wide smart TV, and window overlooking the park.  
\-Fully equipped open kitchen with a counter table and 4 stools.  
\-Modern bathroom with shower cabin.
