ただし、ほぼすべての宿泊施設が事前に人数、チェックイン時間、アレルギーの確認の連絡がありましたが、ここはありませんでした。 食事は大変満足しました。 十分な量とクオリティ、ペアリングのワインも最高でしたが、デザート用のワインは必要ないですね。コーヒーで十分なです。 部屋も最高でしたが、ビューバスの部屋との目隠しがバス側で不便でした。 ##### kiyohisa Stayed 1 night in 利用日前日の怪我で車椅子利用を伝えたところ、部屋に行くまでに20段程度の階段があります。という回答をいただきました。 バリアフリーではないホテルなのかな？という印象を受ける言い方でした。実際は車椅子で移動できる客室もあり、そちらの案内はありませんでした。選択の余地や配慮でお客にはわからないうちに部屋が変わっているなどあると最高のサービスと感じました。
