Clean, good location

It was great experience for 2 nights. Front desk staff were smiling, very helpful. Room services were amazing. The staff really helped me out by taking care of my car, and my luggages and walked me to the room. Kitchen staff were very helpful. Only few things wanna mention are Shower water is slow and weak power, water leaks while taking shower, room floor needs to be furnished w carpet especially during the winter season. Overall was good experience I highly recommend it

Poor quality hostel

Room super small. Fungi in shower. Really humid. The hostel is really old. Breakfast not homemade. The sheet bed are small (half of king size bed). Maybe because I booked a room for one person.

Grand Atakum Hotel Situation

It was not at the standard of 4 star hotel. In the non smoking room,there was the terrible smell of smoking . many of the facilities of broken and useless. Shower head missed, Hair dryer broken. The walls were dirty and full of stains. We decreased our stay from2 days to one day and I'm expected to return back my money.

Menemen,sosis ve sebzeler buz gibiydi. Sosis ve sebzeler dünden yapılmış dolaba konmuş. 2 gün kaldım. 2.günde odaya gittiğimde çöp poşeti bir önceki günden kalmaydı. Odalar çok eskiydi. Ama temizdi. Tek iyi yanı buydu Kurum misafirhaneleri daha lüks durımda Personel çok tatlı ve yardımseverdi
