"The location of the hotel is very convenient right next to Terminal 3. The hotel is nice, clean and workers are friendly. The breakfast was ok. I was a little disappointed because the night before I had dinner buffet in their restaurant and the next morning for breakfast they have almost the same food from the night before. I just think that it will be nice if the breakfast was a little more western. But overall the hotel was nice."

"The room was spacious and clean.I didn’t try the bar and lounge so I couldn’t say. It’s near the shinagawa station so you’ll always have access to yamanote line and the Shinkansen trains. Also the cherry blossoms are within access to the courtyard. One word of warning is that as of this review, they’re doing construction until September 2026 so some walkways on the way to the hotel are narrow. Other than that it’s my go-to hotel."
