We loved the spacious layout and multiple master bedrooms. It made for an ideal stay with our family and children. Likewise we enjoyed the fishing despite not catching many large fish along the dock. We also got see some nature including fish, smaller gators, raccoons and even a manatee that swam to the top of the water at the dock. The negatives were the outdated decor and the fact we saw more than just a few bugs (roaches) in the kitchen. We were careful to keep food put away but still saw more than anticipated while cleaning and moving things on the counters. The owner was responsive when we messaged about a roof leak during a storm and sent a roofer out to repair it. In addition, there were few minor plumbing issues with toilets needing to be plunged or having to take the lid off to flush. The space is what truly made the stay comfortable and relaxing, but for the price we were expecting a few more updates and less presence of bugs. We were there for a birthday and dirt Track Nationals. It was close to the track. there was a lot of space for everyone. we BBQ and fished off the dock. We rented there boat and went to lunch on the water. we will coming back in the summer sometime. The owner was a great guy. Totally reamend this place. ##### Julie M. The house is very spacious and has great views up and down the St Johns River. Wonderful dock to sit and enjoy a cocktail too. Thanks to Mark and his team for putting together a great place for friends and family to enjoy time together, but big enough to have private space and time as needed. LOL.
