Great escape right outside the city
Cute little apartment right on a canal. Had outdoor seating and a trampoline. Five minute walk from train station in a quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for a couple with a kid. Neighborhood parks are a three minute walk away. Nice escape from the city but with the added perk of quick access to the city. The hosts were fantastic, easy to communicate with, and very helpful with navigating the area.

Very nice place
Pleasantly surprised - the property was nicer in person than in the pictures, I think, owing to the fact that it is difficult to take pictures of a small space. Although small, it had everything that we needed. It was very clean, quiet and thoughtfully laid out. Close to grocery shoppping and local train station, as described. We did not use the outside much but plenty of seating and relaxing spot on the canal. The only things lacking were paper toweling, a tea towel for drying dishes and Kleenex although I'm sure they would have been provided had we asked. Would definitely recommend! Location is beautiful and relaxing
We enjoyed our brief time here. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for our needs. We got a bit lost trying to find the place. We asked a stranger for directions, who turned out to be very friendly and helpful. They didn't know where to send us, but asked one of their neighbors. Then they walked with us to make sure we didn't get even more lost. The place itself was clean & cozy. The backyard is amazing- peaceful, relaxing and quiet. The beds were comfy and the rain shower was a pleasant surprise. The dispensers in the shower (shampoo, etc) were unfortunately empty. We were only there for one night so we didn't bother mentioning it at the time. Based upon our other communications I feel the host would've fixed it had we mentioned it. We enjoyed our time here. If we are ever in the area in the future, we would gladly stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Lovely stay
V easy trip to Amsterdam. 5 min walk to quick and easy train. 20mins into Amsterdam. Short walk to supermarket. Lots local cycle tracks great for young cyclists - no traffic. And for running. Property as per photos. Only suggestion would be to add a toaster. We would def return.

Wonderful property, Exceptional hosts!
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Holland/Amsterdam and interested in a beautifully decorated studio that's off the beaten path. Very quiet neighborhood that's less than a 5 min walk to the train that takes you straight to Amsterdam Centraal (about a 15-20min ride). Hosts were super responsive and really nice! We were a group of 4 and they set up the apt prior to our arrival so that each of us had our own single beds (an unexpected treat!). Pictures do not do the place justice. Would absolutely return! Thanks so much for everything!

Clean, safe, and peaceful town house
Very clean and modern single bedroom house. Loved the close access to the train. Owners live in adjacent house and accessible for any needs. Having a beer over looking the canal was the perfect way to end the day. Parking was free on street. Walking trails provided an outlet for stress relief. Beautiful park within 200m for the kids. Requires a car to get to and to go to any locations not on the train route.

Lovely Homestay
The apartment is attached to the main residence and is located just north west of Amsterdam in a residential neighbourhood. It is well located to reach all the attractions in North Holland. The owners were very warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Besonders toll ist die Lage der Wohnung, direkt an einer Gracht und ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Der Vermieter Hans war sehr nett und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Wer selber kochen möchte... uns haben Kleinigkeiten gefehlt...Suppenteller, eine Schöpfkelle... war aber nicht wirklich schlimm. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern und wirklich schön. Handtücher im Bad gibt es leider nur 3 große Badetücher. Trockentücher, Spülllappen ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist modern und liebevoll dekoriert. Empfehlenswert!!!

A Nice Short-Vacation in Holland
Alles in allem ein guter kurz Urlaub. Das Zimmer ist wie abgebildet eingerichtet und schön. Man kann kochen und hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, oder was man eventuell verbessern kann ist, ein Staubwischer oder ein Swiffer und ein extra Handtuchhalter für große Handtücher zum trocknen. Man kommt gut mit dem Zug nach Amsterdam und den Strand in der Umgebung. Renate und Hans waren beide sehr nett und haben mich am Abend begrüßt. Es war schön aber kurz. Danke. Freundliche Grüße Rico

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung. Ganz toll eingerichtet. Sauber, tolles Badezimmer, viel Garten. Die Gastgeber sind super nett... Wir wurden mehrfach gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, oder ob etwas fehlt. Aber es war alles da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht! Tolle Lage, 5 min zum Bahnhof, perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Amsterdam oder an einen der tollen Strände. Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub. Danke, dass ihr ein so tolles Plätzchen mit Feriengästen teilt!

Sehr nettes Appartement mit Garten nahe zum Bahnhof nach Amsterdam
War ein schöner Aufenthalt, zentral am Bahnhof nach Amsterdam und der Supermarkt war auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Assendelft ist aufgrund seiner vielen Kanälen ein sehr süßes Örtchen. Das Haus und der Garten waren schön, die große Regenwalddusche hat mir besonders gefallen. Check in mit dem Gastgeber sehr entspannt. Hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage

Lage sehr gut. Bahnhof in der Nähe. Man war sehr schnell in Amsterdam Centrum. Auch Alkmaar, Haarlem und die Nordsee schnell erreichbar. In Assendelft schöne Spazierwege an den Grachten entlang mit Hund möglich. Wohnung mit 2Pers. und Hund groß genug.

Guter Ort für Reisen rund um Amsterdam
Feines kleines Apartment - es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr gut gelegen um nach Amsterdam - aber auch Richtung Meer aufzubrechen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere e-bikes mitgenommen und konnten diese sicher abstellen. Die Terrasse am Wasser ist sehr schön. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Kurzurlaub ohne Stress.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage (Bahnhofsnähe) ist toll. Leider fehlten die in den Unterlagen beschriebenen Handtücher, Küchenhandtücher zum Wechseln und Schampon mit Seife. Das mussten wir nachkaufen.

Ich bin überrascht, wir haben alles für die Putzfrau bereit, aber anscheinend hat sie das vergessen. Wenn Sie es gemeldet hätten, hätten wir uns darum kümmern können. Ich hoffe ihr hattet trotzdem eine schöne Zeit bei uns.

Schöne, saubere & moderne Wohnung
Wir waren über das Wochenende da und kamen sehr problemlos an den Schlüssel. Der Bahnhof ist wirklich nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und kleinere Restaurants sowie Domino auch nur 5-8 Minuten. Vom Bahnhof aus dauerte es nur 25 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Amsterdam das war echt super erreichbar. Wer noch zeitgleich an den Strand will muss mit den öffentlichen etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, hier ist man gut 45-60 Minuten unterwegs und muss mehrmals umsteigen. Mit dem Auto wären es nur 20 Minuten. Aber was man für den Preis bekommt ist unschlagbar. Etwas vergleichbares in Amsterdam oder am Strand ob jetzt zandvoort oder Wijk an zee zu finden ist unmöglich. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen sicherlich wieder

Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt incl. NetFlix Zugang ;). Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Garten gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten am Kanal sowie einen Trampolin. Insgesamt ist die Gegend eher Ruhig. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen . In dem kleinen Einkaufszentrum gibt es auch Gastronomie z.B. Sushi . Haben wir aber nicht getestet.

Vakantiewoning is zeer netjes en modern ingericht en met alle gemakken voorzien
De woning is geschikt voor 5 personen maar wij vinden 3 personen maximaal. Het is zeer netjes ingericht, Mooie badkamer. Wij raden het iedereen aan voor een kort verblijf! Het ligt zeer centraal! Je bent zo in Amsterdam met de trein, een klein half uurtje van de zee.

Schönes modernes Studio mit sehr netten Gastgebern
War ein toller Kurzurlaub, super schickes Appartement, perfekt für Trips an die nahe Nordsee, nach Amsterdam, Alkmaar oder Harlem. Assendelft ist ein gemütlicher und beschaulicher Ort mit allen wünschenswerten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
