Open living area with large TV, stereo, large kitchen, and dining room seats eight. Bars seat another 7 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, spices, , small appliances and more. Roomy desk area in kitchen with office supplies and a half bath is nearby. Large Sub-Zeros, gas range, & oven/microwave. Two masters with walk in closets and a hot tub off main master with Ajax mountain views. Extra sleeping with queen inflatables available in media room plus twin rollaway for use in any of the larger bedrooms or media room. No loud noise or raucous behavior. Strict low noise policy.
Easy walk to grocery store. Bus runs at end of Alpine Road (2 minute walk from house) and Aspen has a great taxi service and a few Ubers. Aspen and CO taxes applied nightly for rentals 30 days or less. No city or state tax required on 30+ day rentals. $50 per dog, per day. Dog fee over 1 dog collected separately, discount on dogs over two weeks. Please pick up after your fur buddies. Extra $50 fee applied for each person over 8, per day.
