Being on the Roaring Fork River was a plus. Brian was very easy to work with. If you are contemplating renting the condo during the summer be aware that there is no air conditioning. While we were in Aspen last week the temps were in the mid 80's. This is our second year at Chateau Roaring Fork, in this same unit. Great location, Roaring Fork river in the backyard is idyllic. Walk or east bike to town, and Brian the property manager is great. It was very comfortable, clean and practical. We will definitely be back. The condo is within walking distance of the gondolas and downtown. The kitchen is fully 'loaded' and the beds very comfortable. Overall, a great property, as advertised. The only issue was the internet, which was not working for part of the stay. Spoke with property manager who informed me that this was a building-wide issue that was being addressed in the near future.
