Directly across the street, you’ll find the Rio Grande Trail, John Denver Sanctuary, and Newbury Park. Parking for one vehicle is available at the building. Living Room: The living room features a spacious and comfortable sofa with an ottoman and a 55" Samsung Frame TV with cable and streaming services. A wall of windows fills the space with natural light, making the room feel light, bright, and inviting. Kitchen & Dining Room: The newly updated kitchen includes white cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new appliances. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The space includes seating for three at the counter and a dining table that seats four comfortably. All beds are made with luxury 100% cotton linens from Garnier-Thiebaut, professionally laundered and pressed for comfort. Plush down pillows are standard; if you have allergies, we’re happy to provide a down alternative upon request.
