The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a split king bed. Beautiful cabinets and granite countertops highlight the kitchen. Both bathrooms have been upgraded. There is plenty of seating in the living area along with a wood burning fireplace. Outside of the living room is a balcony with seating. Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. The ondo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Nice welcome wine and coffee. Light daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. Our 2 vehicles were provided with parking passes (1 on the street.) Free bus to Snowmass and Highlands confidently on corner. Easy short walk to Aspen Gondola. 2 minor problems with a door handle and slow running toilet were handled by management. The condo community pool was not yet open April 4-8 but the wonderful hot tub was open beautifully landscaped with natural rocks. We used it every evening.
