All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with a king bed in the primary bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 twins. The central living area features a dedicated dining area with seating for 6\. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded with attractive tile and granite. The living room offers plenty of seating and there is a wraparound balcony outside the living area. Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. We stayed at another place in the downtown area for years prior, but the grounds, pool/hot tub, and 'feel' of the unit really made it feel like it was a home away from home. The beds and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to cook a nice meal with my guests. The views were great as well! Walkable to everything you need. Parking was on property, although we were advised that we might have to park in the street. If that occurred, we could get a pass so as not to receive a ticket from city parking enforcement. The condo was in great shape. We did have a few problems, but sought not to request fixes (Bose stereo did not work, the plug in the MBath, sink side did not work, fridge froze items in the fridge). We were warned about the construction behind the unit, that was not a problem but the bus stop next to our unit was bothersome, especially late at night.
