All three bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms and the third bedroom offers two twins beds. There are hardwood floors in the dining and living area. The dining area has seating for 6 and there is spacious seating in the living area which features new sofas. Outside the living area is a large wraparound deck with beautiful southern views. Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. This unit is on the 4th floor (yes there's an elevator), with a nice wrap-around balcony. Rooms were good size, spotless and beds were very comfortable. I think the living room looks crowded in the photo, but it is not in real life. Really nice siting area. We also went in the hot tub one night, which was awesome - clean, large, boulders around it give a nice feel. It's a 5-10 min walk to everything in the busy part of town. The property manager was attentive and we loved staying in town. The unit is clean and all the bathrooms are newly remodeled and have plenty of storage space. The WiFi worked incredibly well- 3 of us were working at one time and we had no issues.
