Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Room was not very clean. There was a visible gap between the toilet and floor. Staff called saying there was a leak into the room below. Bath mat was wet and we worried it may have been due to a leaky toilet. Pretty gross.

The Lodge at Flat Rock
This hotel was wonderful! Staff were welcoming, property was beautiful and location was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wingate by Wyndham Fletcher at Asheville Airport
Comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Heater/AC fan was the perfect white noise. Probably the best I’ve ever slept in a hotel!
