Personal preference here, but the beds were too hard for my wife and my liking. The (PTAC) air conditioner was uncomfortably noisy. Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Room was not very clean. There was a visible gap between the toilet and floor. Staff called saying there was a leak into the room below. Bath mat was wet and we worried it may have been due to a leaky toilet. Pretty gross.
