Upon arrival we checked into room 316. Upon entering the room, we found a very large roach on the wall in the bathroom. Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Room was not very clean. There was a visible gap between the toilet and floor. Staff called saying there was a leak into the room below. Bath mat was wet and we worried it may have been due to a leaky toilet. Pretty gross.
