The VRBO was perfect for our group of four!! The elevator was the best loaded from the groceries and luggage from the garage!! We enjoyed the lanai! The bedrooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms! The kitchen was fully stocked!!
We had the best all around wonderful experience!!!
Very clean. Great location to visit local breweries within walking distance. Was nice to have an elevator to navigate the 4 floors. The balcony was a pleasure to enjoy with my family. Would highly recommend and would book again if I’m in the area.
We enjoyed having plenty of space for our family of four. The home gave each young adult their own room and bathroom. Kitchen and living areas were clean and well appointed. We were right in the heart of Asheville’s Fourth of July celebration. Walking distance to a Tourists baseball game was great. Having a garage made parking a breeze. Check out instructions were easy and reasonable. Highly recommend.
We loved the townhouse! Looked exactly as pictured. It was very convenient to the concert venue we were going to and there were plenty of restaurants etc within walking distance. We didn’t need drive anywhere after we arrived. We had a great time during our stay.
Unit was very clean and accommodating for the 5 of us. Only thing missing from the kitchen, which would have been helpful, was another dish towel (only had 1) and potholders.
This is a great property! Clean, newly constructed, nice spaces. The location is also ideal. Walkable to anywhere downtown and close proximity to the brewery district. Recommended!
Myself, brother, sister and husband stayed two nights at this property. Sparkling clean. Convenient to food, breweries and access to highway. Communication on entry was timely & accurate. 3 king beds would make it great for 2-3 couples. Asheville area was hit hard by the hurricane in Sept 2024. Remarkable recovery in the 9 months after on our visit. Recommend visiting to aid in the recovery & vibrancy did the area.

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our 1st visit to Asheville at this lovely property. Exactly as pictured - new, clean and well equipped. We walked to an Asheville Tourists game and many fantastic breweries/restaurants.
The setup of this property was perfect for our couples getaway to the mountains. It is walking distance to downtown Asheville and all it has to offer. The two car garage was lovely to have for easy parking.
Awesome property that was even better than expected!
We had a wonderful stay in this 4 story townhome. The unit felt brand new with very spacious bedrooms and living areas. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a rental. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The location is in an incredibly convenient location that is within walking distance to tons of restaurants and breweries. You can even rent electric bikes and/or take a bike tour of Asheville through the bike shop located 100 yards from the front door. Loved everything about this property!
We were central and walkable to pretty much everything in Asheville except the west side, which was only a 5-7 minute car ride away. Townhouse was impeccably maintained and it has an elevator which was great beacauae it has 4 floors!
The property was very nice clean and well equipped. You can tell this rental is very new but it is a shame to have such a nice place with apparent construction short cuts like none of the bathroom exhaust fan are hooked up not working, tile in shower around water turn on plate was cut to big leave a big hole that water gets down in and run to the floor below, beautiful tastefully decor that is very uneven and crooked right now this place is wonderful but the short cuts make you wonder how well it will upkept.
