The condo is across from the bus transit station which can have some noisy activity and people hanging out. Was nice that everyone could have their own bedroom and bath. Could not get tv to work and had to work on that - called the management company and they did get back to us but we could not find a mutual time to have them come over and show us so eventually figured it out on our own. Good to have a parking spot in the garage. Fire alarm did go off in the building in the middle of the night and we all had to evacuate the building. The smoke alarms in each unit do not have a shut off button so when the door to the unit where the alarm is going off is open the whole building's alarm system goes off. The fire department came and we met all the other residents outside! Would be helpful to have a manual that outlines what to do in an event like this.
