The apartment itself was spacious, and comfortable for our group of seven and the beds were clean and soft. This condo was the perfect home base. We had plenty of space, and the location was walkable to shops and restaurants. The condo looks out on an outdoor concert venue. There was a concert the Saturday night we were there, and it was very loud in the condo until 10:30pm. All top of the line appliances in kitchen. Very large bedrooms especially two king rooms with large en suite bathrooms. Bedding is top quality. Mattresses very comfortable. Condo is a short drive to all the top attractions/areas in Asheville. A short but steep walk to downtown. We chose not to walk as proximity to bus depot (across the street) seemed to attract some vagrants later in afternoon/evening, and we were three ladies alone. Building itself has excellent security. It was clean, it was well appointed, it was darned near luxurious. The rooms, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, are very spacious. Everything you could need was provided, and everything we wanted to visit was within easy walking distance. The garage is a bit intimidating to park in (narrow spaces and columns), but because you can walk everywhere, you don't need to get your car out. I would have liked ice, and I wasn't sure whether to turn on the ice maker or not. Overall, as I said, we were thrilled. It was like staying in a 4-star hotel.
