Neighborhood was very busy due to the brewery across the street. It was great if you wanted a beer, not so good for parking. The lot at the building was often full, and street parking was not available most of the time. We did a lot of walking so that we didn't need to move our vehicle.While our VRBO rental was great, our experience with Asheville was not. We found people to be generally unfriendly and rude. It's convenient to our son's apartment, and it's a good value for a nice space. There is a professional manager for the unit, and she was terrific. I lost the email with check-in instructions and code, and I had a couple of other questions. Each time, I had a response within 5 minutes or so of sending an inquiry. Thanks! On Labor Day weekend, the Best Western was asking $300 a night, so this was definitely a bargain for a much nicer space. ##### Greg M.
