This one-bedroom, one-bath condo in the heart of downtown Asheville comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home, whether you’re staying for a week or an entire season. As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The breakfast bar seats four comfortably, providing not only space to eat but also space to work remotely. The living room has a sleeper sofa for two, two comfortable chairs which are light enough to turn and bask in the sun or watch the sunset with your favorite evening beverage. For entertainment, there is a 55” cable TV and 75+ Mbps of wi-fi so you can stream your favorite binge worthy shows. Southern Exposure boasts two floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows in the living room and bedroom, allowing for fresh air and unbeatable views of the city and mountains beyond - perfect for waking up in the morning and winding down in the evening. Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, an extra chair and a 55” cable TV. Sit and relax with the sweeping views of south Asheville, overlooking the many breweries Asheville has to choose from. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from. The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods. Southern Exposure is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Southern Exposure is pet-friendly with guests permitted to bring a maximum of two pets. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome at Southern Exposure. Access After you book your stay in Southern Exposure, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. Location is excellent within walking distance to many fine restaurants and music. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Apartment was functional and clean, especially enjoyed the shower. Perfectly located in downtown Asheville! 8 min drive to West Asheville as well as RAD. Valet parking was super-easy. Staff members were all nice and helpful. This place was absolutely perfect! The location made every spot of downtown location of Asheville walkable! The place was very clean with amazing views and comfortable living area. Everything about this rental makes checking out what Asheville has to offer effortless! From the comfort of the unit itself to the valet parking and the location, it is perfect! There is a sight bait and switch story as the bottom line price is almost double the original listed price when all the fees are added in. Still a good vacation at a high price. ##### A Michael F. The building is beautiful, parking is easy, everything is close by. Asheville has a funky vibe and we enjoyed walking everywhere we went. We parked when we got there and the only time we needed our car was when we drove home. I can’t recommend this place any higher. The interior was fantastic. The kitchen was beautiful. The bedroom was awesome. The views were spectacular. Bonnie who was our property manager on site was lovely and took great care of us. ##### William S. Location puts you right in the middle of anywhere you'd want to go on your feet. The valet parking was nice, and timely with getting our vehicle when we wanted to drive out of town. The gym has high end equipment and was spacious. The actual unit was VERY clean and organized and offered wonderful views of the city below and the mountains in the distance. I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone who wants to be in the center of downtown Asheville. ##### Mike H. From the initial reservation, the communication with the property owner was stellar. They kept us inform all the way through the point of us, checking in our unit and even then check to make sure everything was right. They accommodated our special request. The unit itself is beautiful and well-maintained to the point where we felt like we were the first person to actually stay at it. It was so new feeling. This property manager did an excellent job in this unit. We will be back. ##### Chris F. Very well stocked, great views of the city and mountains and very clean. Just be aware that some of the condos allow pets and on our last night we had a barking dog next to us, sound travels through the walls. The dog stopped barking when the owner finally came back. The valet parking was excellent in getting my vehicle when I needed it. Everything was in walking distance restaurants and shops. The Kimpton Hotel was very nice inside and out. However, you have to realize that you are in downtown Asheville and be vigilant about safety. The outside patio was great except for the guy who was singing everyday right in front of the patio where carrying on a conversation was difficult. The food was excellent at Bargellos (inside the hotel), Strada Italiano (reservations a must) and Packs Tavern ( great place to hang out). Prices vary but mostly on the high side. ##### Wayne R.
