As of April 2025, there is on-going construction, literally just a few steps away from the front of the unit. You can see the site and its dumpster out of the living room window. Construction noise starts at 7:30 or so, and woke everyone up, and made it impossible to enjoy the living room area. After alerting the host, Town Properties, they found a nearby condo for us to move to within the day. That condo was lovely, spacious, clean, and quiet. ##### Anita Q. It was very nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Read the bedroom descriptions closely to note the third bedroom is a murphy bed which is small for 2 adults. Also, the firepit does not work which prevented us from using the rooftop unfortunately. The property manager provided instructions but the gas is not hooked up to the the unit so it doesn't work. Reviewer Comments: 3 couples - worked for us. Who gets the king room? Whoever arranges the rental I suppose. Though the king bed needs to be replaced as it was NOT comfortable. The queen room is good size and the murphy bed room is small. Great space to hang out in upstiars and rooftop!
