There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. There are a lot of rentals on the 2nd floor and this ne is at the end of the corridor with the hill going down so you are not at street level that you are at the other end of the building. Apartment is huge with two en-suite double rooms. Perfect for 2 couples. The bathroom for the second bedroom has two doors and can also be used as the hall bath if needed. Everything was clean, comfy beds, and a stocked kitchen. Parking couldn't have been easier with it being right down the hall to the unit. The location was a 0.5 mile walk to just about everywhere so that's hard to beat! ##### Nick J. It was a great location- easy to walk to our favorite shops & restaurants. Spacious enough to not feel crowded together. Very important for independent older kids.
