There are a lot of rentals on the 2nd floor and this ne is at the end of the corridor with the hill going down so you are not at street level that you are at the other end of the building. Apartment is huge with two en-suite double rooms. Perfect for 2 couples. The bathroom for the second bedroom has two doors and can also be used as the hall bath if needed. One block off Biltmore ave so very close to everything but also quiet. This is a second floor unit and on the same level as the parking deck so you can enter and leave without using the stairs or elevator. This is a corner unit with a L shaped balcony. It is the largest balcony of all the units. Because it is L shaped and wraps around the corner there is always a shady side. We had neighbors with kids and we did not hear them when we were in our unit. The host was very responsive - we always had a response to questions within an hour.If we come back to Asheville we will stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### Joe D.
