One bedroom, w/ bathroom and a kitchen. Single bed/reading loft is above kitchen area. In a quiet neighborhood, cottage is within walking distance of Haywood Road's Owl Bakery, The Admiral, Asian and pizza restaurants, a five minute walk to Carrier Park that runs along the French Broad River and two miles from downtown. River Arts district is a 5 minute drive or 30minute walk. Cottage captures elements of Mediterranean and France. One of a kind and built 4 years ago, this space is a true retreat while visiting Asheville. Kitchen has coffee maker, french press, coffee and creamer. The cottage has air conditioning and heating. The bedroom with a queen size bed is upstairs along with a bathroom and shower. A sinhke bed is downstairs above kitchen table. Off street parking is possible if that is a preference. I leave coffee and creamer for each guest. She has such a lovely cottage. It was clean and had a calming atmosphere. The neighbor and his goat were also very nice. I highly recommend booking anything with Camille. She’s great!
