The beds are pretty comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have ample and nice towels and are well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal and clean up afterward. The outside had a large hot-tub and a fun space for our son to run and play. There are toys and games for kids as well.
