It really is a centralized hub. Few codes to remember for access to the condo; however, in a day or two, you have them mastered. Overall, the condo has a great layout and is extremely quiet inside and in the halls. But the balcony furniture is in need of a refresh imo. That's the main selling point of this property. A word about Asheville to those far away, it's still very much recovering from Helene, especially if looking to experience Mount Mitchell, the Blueridge Parkway and other outdoor attractions. But if visiting the Biltmore is on your list, crowds are down from their normal numbers as of early July. ##### David F.
