This one-bedroom, one-bath west-facing condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home and a 120-degree view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the dining space and living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The dining table seats four and is cozy enough to work remotely and inviting to sit for dinner, Endless Sunset Retreat also seats three at the breakfast bar. The living room has a sleeper sofa for two, two barrel-chairs, plus an additional high-top table for two. For entertainment, there is a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi so you can stream the latest binge worthy shows. This romantic retreat is perfect for snuggling with your significant other or furry friend and watching the sunset with your favorite evening beverage. The sliding glass window in the living room opens up, allowing for fresh air and unbeatable views of the city and mountains beyond. Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, an extra chair and a 55” cable TV. Sit and relax with the sweeping views of south Asheville, overlooking the many historical art deco buildings and the mountains beyond. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from. The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods. Endless Sunset Retreat is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay. Endless Sunset Retreat is pet-friendly with guests permitted to bring a maximum of two pets. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome at Endless Sunset Retreat. Access After you book your stay in Endless Sunset Retreat, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-served and the closet parking garage is right across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC hotel. The views of the town and mountains were amazing. The location perfect to walk to shops, restaurants and music. For hiking the drives were 30-45 minutes and easy to navigate. The unit was modern, clean and decorated nicely. It looked just like the pictures. The staff and parking valets at the Kimpton were friendly, fast and offered great local tips. So glad that we did because two weeks after checking out, I’m still smiling from our wonderful stay at the Endless Sunset Retreat. The title says it all. The views are absolutely amazing and the sunsets over the Blue Ridge Mountains were breathtaking. Everything within the condo was meticulously maintained and in pristine condition. We had everything we needed, plus, the staff was so kind and helpful. Furthermore, the location was excellent and everything was within walking distance. It’s nearly impossible to put into words how exceptional this apartment is across the board. It’s floor-to-ceiling windows provide the best views in Asheville, and it’s as dead center in the middle of it all as you can get. I was a little concerned going into it because I don’t have pets and this place is pet friendly, but the apartment is immaculate. Our only discomfort was the fact that the check-in time is a little on the later side (4pm) and the check-out time early than we're used to (10am). They will accommodate changes to those times for a fee, but it just felt a bit stressful at that price to have our stay squeezed into a 4pm-10am window. The views were undeniably some of the best we have experienced. Ten floors up, no buildings obstructing your view of the mountains on two sides.....absolutely Heavenly! It is located in the heart of Asheville which made it convenient to walking the city; driving to the Biltmore took just a few minutes; and hiking in the mountains was 30-45 minutes away.
