Our Airbnb is on Haywood Rd, on the east side, between the River Arts District and central West Asheville. Some people call it "East West Asheville" because it is the east side of west Asheville. It’s walkable to the best of West Asheville, but expect some city bustle. Not ideal for light sleepers or those seeking total seclusion. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2022 ### 8/10 Good #### Jennifer T. 16 Jun 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### West Nest Review cute, small VRBO in a relatively good location. walking distance to restaurants which is nice. the back parking lot was a little sketchy in that there seemed to be a lot of people who would just park there for nearby restaurants. there was also a staircase that went right up to the deck that anyone could potentially access. ##### Jennifer T. The property was very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfy. There was space to sit and chill. And the location was perfect for us. Close to Hole Doughnuts, breweries, and good food. I stayed here while working and I loved the location being so close to the highway, with so many restaurants and bars close by. There’s plenty of parking off street which also was a huge plus.
