This residence features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). Information for additional parking is available from your host. This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. The unit is well located and is only a 7 to 10 minute walk from downtown. We enjoyed the balcony which has a great view of the mountains. The designated, secure, parking space is a real benefit. The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower and great large towels. The bedroom has outlets on each side of the bed, which is great for plugging in devices. The building is very quiet, and the hallway appears to have new paint and carpet. A security code, which is provided by the owners is needed for getting in the building and using the elevator. We like this level of security; it was not an annoyance. in addition to downtown Asheville, we went to the nearby, North Carolina Arboretum, and the UNC Asheville Arboretum. If baseball season had started while we were there, we probably would have gone to an Asheville Toutists game. We definitely plan to stay at this condo again. Next time we come to visit Asheville. Everything was comfortable and we were provided all we needed. The location of the condo was perfect. In just a few minutes we could walk to whatever location we wanted. No more than a 10-12-minute walk to all the downtown area restaurants. Close to a park as well with a few hiking trails. Also only a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the Biltmore estate. However the ice maker didn’t work and the living room TV did not connect to the box.
