Beautiful private studio with deck and private entrance attached to our 100 year old historic Appalachian home. Completely private with private entrance. You will feel like you are in the woods while being in walking distance of Downtown Asheville! A luxury Cal-King bed (that we cal the 6K bed as that’s how much it cost ) with premium sheets, duvet and hypoallergenic pillows await you. Always dog friendly for well behaved fur babies! (Dog must not have aggression issues with humans or other dogs)

Feel welcomed home as you arrive to your parking space right in front of the studio. Walk onto your private deck with comfy reclined chairs and a peaceful fountain. Enter the private entrance to enjoy a spacious bright room decorated with whimsical happiness!

Your luxury California-King bed awaits with premium hypoallergenic linens and pillows. Go ahead and unpack your items in a your huge closet or the beautiful Mule Chest dresser. Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with premium coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom amenities include Premium Eco Sciences Soaps and Shampoo that are safe for you and the planet! Soft bath towels, hand and makeup clothes are provided as well as a hair dryer.

We have spend our lives in the hospitality business and know how to take care of our guests to give them a memorable vacation!

The Peacock Cottage is warm & welcoming. Mike & Tom were ideal hosts with great communication and wonderful hospitality. Upon confirming our reservation, they provided a list of recommended restaurants & activities, making our planning much easier. Mike & Tom took extra measures to make sure that not only were we readily comfortable in the cottage but also that our dogs had all the essentials needed to make themselves at home, too. The small fenced yard just outside of our front door was perfect for the pups. The location is great v with easy access to Asheville's best. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property for a relaxing weekend.

Very nice room close to everything in downtown Asheville. Had everything we need for a stay with our pups including a small fenced in area for the dogs to go off leash. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were excellent with communication prior to and during the stay.

Perfect Little Weekend Spot

The cottage was super cute and the perfect setup for a weekend getaway. My husband and I and our three pups had a fantastic and comfortable stay. The side porch and rocking chairs for morning coffee was A++++. Hosts were great with communication and onsite, but completely respectful of privacy.

Quiet getaway for senior and 2 dogs

I definitely hope to stay here again if I return to Asheville. I enjoyed the clean and quiet accommodations and convenience of a small fenced in yard for my dogs. My suggestion of adding a place to sit within the fenced area was promptly acted on with the addition of two outdoor chairs and a table (so I could enjoy the complementary wine while watching my pups). Great communication with the hostess and perfect location 12 minutes from Biltmore Estate and 2 minutes from Weaver Park.

Cozy stay with great access to Asheville

Our room included bed, bath, clothes storage, small table and chairs, small refrigerator, perfect for our weekend stay. We were able to walk to several restaurants and downtown Asheville was a quick 5 minute drive. Nice front porch, surrounding area had sidewalks making it very easy to walk our dog.

Perfect Spot!

This is a wonderful property within a couple of miles from most places and restaurants you’re likely to visit. The room is nicely furnished with a comfortable king bed and an updated bathroom. There’s also a porch with rocking chairs that we loved. Our host dropped by to welcome us and gladly provided restaurant recommendations. We’ll stay again when we’re back in Asheville.

Stayed here prior to Helene - I hope everyone is okay and the house is good. Great Hosts - this is a nice spot, easy walking to dinner, shops, short drive to downtown. Super clean, and cute. Had a bottle of wine, coffee, etc. Bed was super comfy - recommend it. And the little porch is super nice. Again, I hope everyone is good, Asheville and the surrounding area is a great place to visit.

Convenient to anything you would want to do in Asheville, but yet you have plenty of privacy. We arrived late at night, and thanks to the host’s clear directions we had no problem locating parking and checking in. The decoration and welcome gift was absolutely delightful. I love all the little touches that made us feel comfortable and at home. Would definitely book again!

Peaceful at the peacock!

Staying at this cottage was so nice! We loved the colorful, peaceful retreat that offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. It’s perfect for a weekend or extended stay. This sweet cottage has a wonderful porch perfect for morning coffee, lovely furnishings in a rustic cabin feel yet so close to to places to eat and Asheville’s rich and diverse activities.
