This is a Corner Unit Condo with two Master Bedrooms. Your own private balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. 1 parking space is available, we recommend a COMPACT car per the parking space is at the end of the garage and very narrow. Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7\. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional. 1 parking space for a COMPACT car is available, the parking space is at the end of the garage and very narrow. Secured parking below is fantastic. Very Clean, balcony/ deck is huge and ok view. And the property managers were really responsive. The problem is the VRBO problem. our travel plans changed 13 days out, but we missed the 2 week window, so we couldn't change our reservations (no exceptions) - couldn't shift dates, couldn't move anything.
