The area was very clean and nicely decorated. Andy met us upon arrival to help answer any questions during checkin which was nice. The space is connected to the upstairs where our host stayed, but we're had our own entrance through the car port. It was nice there were multiple entrances to the shared bathroom, so we're did not have to go through the bedroom that is connected to it. It was nice to have there privacy of 2 rooms for 2 couples, but the 2 rooms do share a wall/ door so we could hear our friend's snoring in the room next to us. Old friends from Missouri stayed at this property and found it to be perfect for our 8 day mini-vacation to Asheville. The location was very ideal for not only getting into the heart of the city, but a comfortable distance to various hiking destinations along the Blue Ridge Parkeway.
