HANDICAP ACCESS
You may enter through the front door, however there are no bedrooms on this floor. There is an entrance to the ground floor bedroom with no steps. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

Check-in: 4 pm
Check-out: 10 am

ACCESS
Guest will be given the code to obtain access. You must sign and return pre-arrival paperwork, including a rental agreement, to obtain all check-in papers.

MOUNTAIN HOME BUG & PEST DISCLAIMER
We do our utmost to control insects and pests, and are on a professional pest control maintenance programme. However, we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.

Car necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's also available.

PETS
FEE- $100 PER STAY PLUS $15 PER DAY
We allow 1 dog under 50 lbs maximum on the property. Upon booking the fee is due, and you must email me to inform me of your pet.

For safety and insurance reasons non aggressive breeds only. Your pet must be crated or taken with you when you leave the home, and you are responsible for ensuring they do not create any damage. They must be brought outside to the bathroom, and any accidents inside must be cleaned up immediately. We do not have a fenced in area so please keep your pet on a leash. Dogs must be flea and tick free. Please lay blankets on the furniture for your pets to lie on. You must ensure all dog feces is cleaned up off the property. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in additional charges.
