- NO CLEANING FEE. Comfortable, cosy and quiet. Stand alone house with internal access to a carpeted garage, this is a very light house. A heatpump to ensure you are warm during the winter months. Double glazed, UNLIMITED Wi Fi, CHECK OUT MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE. Fridge and freezer. TV & Netflix. Off street parking. Queen bed, single and a fold out bed. Close to cafes for breakfast, supermarkets, cinema, event centre, swimming pool, golf course, museum and Lake Hood. A visit to the Ashburton Domain is a must.
