"I didn’t love the setup of this place. Lots of stairs and walking outside to get to the rooms upstairs. Front desk staff was decent but not overly helpful. My first room smelled strongly of weed. I was able to change rooms, but it all involved a lot of back and forth to the front desk to switch keys. The shuttle to the airport is helpful, but I waited 45 minutes for one when I landed. It’s a decent place for an overnight to and from the airport. The breakfast was nice."

"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely suitable for human consumption. I’ve stayed at the Embassy Suites plenty of times and have never had to deal with any sort of problem in the past. Needless to say I was not happy with the hotel and the staff. I’ll have to really think hard about staying with them in the future. 👎"

"There was a person smoking in the room next to me and I use an inhaler. I called staff multiple times for help and went to the front desk. No one helped me or offered a refund. This is a nonsmoking hotel. Do not stay here."
