In the centre of Eikerapen 12 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 78 km from the centre of Mandal, 2.5 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 340 m2. Terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 250 m, railway station "Snartemo" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 m, sandy beach 2 km (small), bathing lake "Øre" 2.5 km, lake Storevatnet 2 km.
"Solbu", 3-room house 52 m2. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, shower/WC, TV and electric heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm).
