"Room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom needed a deep clean and had no tissues. The door to our room had a huge gap from the door to the floor. We rolled up the spare blanket to stop drafts, noise etc. car parking is tight for larger cars and 4WD vehicles. "

"Initially appeared to be out of town, but when you get used to where th back strets go, its amazingly well situated. I had to travel daily to st.Andrews hospital, and could easily do it in peak hour in12 minutes. The exterior of the building appeared to be dated, but it is surprizingly well maintained. I didnt have time to even look at the pool or BBq area, but the inside of the rooms was excellent. Big showers, well apointed. TV may be a bit small, but it wsant of concern to me."

"The accommodation was very much overpriced for what we got. Worn out carpets that are rolled and lifting, mould in bathrooms, shower heads are hopeless, uncomfortable low lounges, etc."
