Carpet was lifting, bathroom fixtures rusty and in need of attention. The whole unit smelt musty, and wasn't really fit for purpose at $500+ a night. Staff on check in were lovely. But could not stay here again. First room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke, we were given another room which was good but the shower screen was broken in that room. We didn’t even bother asking for a 3rd room. Pool, spa, gym and one lift were out of service no prior warning before booking.
