My experience of the hotel was really good. Great value for money, really good location. The hotel is clean and the room was a decent size, we had a twin set of beds, shared the room with my son we were visiting for a show. And there was bags of space between the beds, whilst also being a compact room. All in good working order. The only cons but the pros outweigh them, is the beds are incredibly soft which may suit some people, I prefer a firmer mattress. It's also incredibly hot in the rooms but you can open the window and there is a fan in the cupboard. We had a room at the back of the building so we didn't have road side smog coming in. Also there really needs to be more plugs. There was only two in the whole room. Other than that, really good stay. When returning to London, we'd definitely stay again.

This is a great budget hotel if you’re travelling solo. It’s pretty close to Earl’s Court Underground which is convenient if you want to travel anywhere in London. I do fine that some guests are noisy and you can hear them pass your room. The hotel definitely looks old but the room isn’t too bad. Each room has a bed, tv, small washroom with a shower, outlets to plug your phone and an electric tea kettle. They do have an emergency alarm testing every month I believe. Just that if I knew sooner, I wouldn’t have been startled by the alarm that went off on Saturday May 4th. Then again I don’t know if that was a test or if it was set off by a guest or staff member. Anyways the staff were friendly, they helped me out with checking the safe in my room since it wasn’t working, they also gave me food recommendations and were happy to help me with storing my bags so I didn’t have to carry them around after checking out even though my flight isn’t until the evening.

Room was very tiny with small bed against hard wall. After loosing two nights of sleep I checked out 1 day early and was told to contact Expedia and they would appprove refund for night not used. They lied. BEWARE!

Dear SirI'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with usYou booked a single room and were upgraded to a larger twin room. You did not contact reception to complain about the room. You left a day early but there is no refund for that night when you cut your stay short as this is a late cancellation and there is a charge for that. No one at reception promised you a refund as all staff ware well aware of this policy. You were very angry and used abusive language towards our staff when you found out there is no refund, which behavior we do not appreciate. I recommend for future reference to read in detail the T&C's of the hotel you book and the applicable charges in case of early check out

L'albergo ha una posizione invidiabile a 3 min a piedi dalla metro. Camere molto piccole, vecchiotte ma dignitose, bagno ancora più piccolo. La nostra camera affacciava sul retro ed era molto silenziosa. Staff cortese e presente. Un consiglio: dotate i bagni di scopino per il water, se non altro per rispetto verso il personale e l'igiene di tutti.

This hotel was affordable for a couple of nights in London, close to a tube station, handy shops and some nice places to eat. Our room was a little outdated, but tidy and a decent size BUT there were a few hairs on the bedding and a strange smell in the room which meant we kept needing to open the window to air it out which made us cold. The staff were friendly and we stored luggage after check out. Overall it was a nice stay and a good price, but could improve on cleanliness.

My tv never worked. The shower was a minimal amount of water coming out. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The towels were very well used. One towel isn’t enough and I never received a washcloth. Thankfully I brought my own. I’m not sure whether the price was ok, I think I would stay here again but get my concerns dealt with before booking.

It was clean and price reasonable. However, if you need to use the internet, there is something in there, tgat blocks your mobile date and you are forced to use their wifi, which was extremely terrible. And you have to give permission to gather some of your data. Although I gave that permission connection was extremely law and I couldn't complete my work.

Beside a reception that badly mishandled my reservation, I was shocked to find myself with bad bedbug bites a few days after leaving the hotel. I am being VERY careful to make this statement, but I arrived to and from the hotel from my home and so there is no other possible source. UPDATE: In my separate review the hotel questions why I did not comment about the bedbugs during my stay. Obviously the hotel has not taken the time to inform themselves that typically the bites do not manifest for days. Perhaps if they took the issue more seriously they would not have to dissemble legitimate reviews.

Average place to stay, however very convenient- close to east links on tube lines. Room was very basic, matress on the bed was in serious need of updating (springy and uncomfortable). The lower floor rooms do not have a view (unless you count an outdoor staff corridor a view).

Good hotel for a short stay, I’ve been there for 15 days, mattress is way too soft, the bathroom is really small, I barely fit the shower and I’m not a tall person, TV worked partially, just one outlet, staff was polite. Short stay only.

Good value. Small basic rooms in an older building but nice place to stay for the price. Clean and easy to get too and from hotel using the underground with about 5 min walk. Essentially everywhere in central London is within about 30-40 minute ride.

Overall quite a good stay, though the bathroom was cramped and a couple small bits of damage to walls that could be fixed with a hammer and nails. Bed was very comfortable and hotel in great location. Would probably stay there agsin

Good location, warm room and warm shower BUT mattress too soft and knackered, TV did`nt work and shower curtain stuck to your back where it was so small. Really could do with an upgrade

Our mattresses have a medium firmness, some guests will find these still too firm or too soft.The problem with the TV got solved during your stay. We also noticed you stayed with us several times over the past months, therefor the low score you gave us is quite surprising

This place is very conveniently located. It was close to the tube station, and many great restaurants. Room was kept clean daily so very nice to come back to a clean room. Friendly staff. View from our room was not good but we didn't stay in the room longer than necessary so not an issue. We were able to leave our luggages until we had to go to the airport without any issues.

The hotel was ok the reception chap when we arrived was lovely however the room was sub par. The beds were uncomfortable the bathroom was dirty and things were not attached to the wall properly. The shower had no pressure and kept going scalding hot. There was a pile of mattresses and the bin area as our view out the window. The heating would not turn off so it was boiling and the milk went off. Oh and it stank of weed.

Dear GuestYou did not leave any details why you scored us low. After checking your booking details you complained about the small size of the room, which is standard size for London. Our reception staff tried to help and offered you another room, but you didn't even want to see alternative rooms and decided to leave the hotel.
